Our teachers are passionate believers in the many benefits of performing arts.

PSSA teachers are known for their energy and passion for performing arts. We simply love passing on our skills and inspiring the next generation.
Whether a child is destined for life on stage and screen, or simply needs encouragement to come out of their shell, we believe that staying active, exploring creativity, building confidence and developing new talents through commitment and discipline to training are all invaluable skills for life. It is our mission to ensure every child at PSSA feels safe and supported to express themselves and unlock their potential.

At PSSA all School Managers hold Paediatric First Aid certificates and Safeguarding Training which is regularly updated.
Our team might have sparkly showbiz CVs but they also all have enhanced DBS certificates and we have multiple teachers on site with First Aid training at all times.

Managing Director

Amelia trained at The Urdang Academy before working as a professional dancer. Credits include Capital Radio, Kanye West, Hed Kandi, Shania Twain, Magical Rhythms of Ireland European Tour before taking over the PSSA brand in 2012. More recently Amelia has been selected for the ‘Creative Breakthrough Mentoring Programme’ for women in creative business, and awarded a ‘Back her Business’ grant towards her fundraising work for affordable performing arts. In 2021 Amelia trained as a Youth Mental Health First Aider.

As Director of PSSA, Amelia is a passionate believer in the benefits of performing arts. Whether a child is destined for life on stage and screen, or simply needs encouragement to come out of their shell, it is her mission to ensure every child at PSSA feels safe and supported to express themselves and unlock their potential.

Amelia is actively involved in all Academies; guest teaching, overseeing staff training, producing the annual shows and ensuring PSSA’s aims and objectives are maintained through every strand of the company.


West London Manager

Ellie trained at The Arts Educational School and The Guildford School Of Acting.
Since graduating she has been working on a number of exciting TV projects!
Some of these include Alpha Minus Woman in Brave New World (SKY1),
The Stand Up Sketch show (ITV2), commercials for TIKTOK & ICON and many more!

When not teaching or on set, you’ll find her checking out every restaurant in London.
She claims you’ll never meet more of a foodie than her!

Actor Dillon Millington


Fulham Manager

Dillon trained at Guildford School of Acting.
Professional credits include ‘Eugenius’ at The Other Palace, ‘Wizard of Oz’ with Birmingham Rep and he made his West End debut in smash hit musical ‘& Juliet’ at The Shaftesbury Theatre.
Dillon is a passionate dancer and loves working with children teaching the foundations of street dance and hip hop.

Fun fact… if you’re in Chiswick you might just spot Dillon running his coffee cart!


Beckenham Manager

Aaron is a performer, director and teacher from Limerick, Ireland. He graduated from the Royal Academy of a Music with an MA in Musical Theatre.
Performance credits include: Love’s Labour’s Lost, Our Town, Bare the Musical [Irish Premiere], Singin’ in the Rain, Carrie the Musical [Irish Premiere], The Laramie Cycle [Irish Premiere] , When Midnight Strikes [Irish Premiere], How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying, Into the Woods, Crusade [Irish Premiere] and BIG –The Musical.

Aaron also owns Gymboree Wimbledon providing early years development classes and absolutely loves working with children and passing on his performance skills to budding young performers.

Amy Goater

PSSA Beckenham Sunday Manager

Amy trained in Musical Theatre at KSA Performing arts. After leaving college Amy has had a long career in the cabaret industry. She has spent many years as a touring cabaret artist around the UK and Europe. Additionally to working as a soloist, you can find Amy's playing her alto ego "Strawberry Sundae" whom is part of comedy vocal group "The Sundaes".
The Sundaes were featured on BBC1s 'All Together Now' and were lucky enough to make it to the final. The Sundaes are a sensational international act and have been seen all around the UK in the top holiday parks, many seasons in Mallorca and as headliners in Pride events all over the UK and Gran Canaria.
Not only does Amy have over 10 years of experience in the field but she has spent her time teaching Drama and Singing to children ages 4-15. Her bubbly, nurturing teaching skills has seen her student excel in their learning.
Amy's believes that performing arts should be accessible to everyone. She see performing arts not only for those who want to succeed in the field but to help them with valuable life skills. She enjoys seeing her students grow as a performer and as a person.



Bex started performing from a young age at local dance schools where she started as a freestyle dancer. She went on to successfully audition for a leading youth dance company where she performed and competed at a number of prestigious venues. Bex moved to London for professional training, graduating from Millennium Performing Arts with a BA (Hons) in Musical Theatre. Professional theatre credits include Annie (West End), Riot Offspring (Sadler’s Wells) and Apollo’s Mission (The Place).

Fun fact... Bex’s dream artist to dance or choreograph for is Lady Gaga!

Karen Moses


Karen trained at London Studio Centre specialising in Musical Theatre graduating with a 1st class BA Hons in Theatre Dance. She has since worked continuously as both a Singer and Dancer. She worked as Lead Vocalist for Headliners Theatre Company onboard MV Oriana for two world cruise contracts, as a cabaret artist onboard P&O Ferries and as Lead Vocalist for Main Feature Productions in Dubai. In 2013 Karen also took on the role of Poison Ivy in Jack and the Beanstalk at The Broadway Theatre in Barking playing opposite Michelle Gayle. She was one third of wartime vocal harmony trio The Victory Sisters who performed at notable venues and events including The Ivy, Wilton’s Music Hall and The Savoy and now has her own solo vocal act with residencies at The Zetter Townhouse Clerkenwell and The Speakeasy Club in Hitchin. In 2016 Karen completed her Level 6 Extended Diploma in Dance Teaching with bbo dance graduating with Distinction.

Karen has always taught alongside performing and now works as a primary school music teacher in East London aswell as teaching singing for a number of theatre schools across London.





Bethany is originally from Leeds, West Yorkshire. When she was younger, she frequently appeared as a background artist in Emmerdale, Waterloo Road and My Spy Family. She also starred in productions at the West Yorkshire Playhouse including The Wiz and The Wizard of Oz. She trained at Italia Conti for three years. Whilst there she performed with Chaplin's Pantomimes and The Complete Works.

She has since worked in the community and education for over four years. She worked and lived at a boarding school in Wiltshire, where she choreographed shows such as Cabaret, Seussical, Matilda and Annie. She is currently working towards a Diploma in Dance Teaching and Learning at Trinity Laban Conservatoire.

Bethany has travelled all over the world, her first experience was going to Japan for a month at the age of 11!

Chloe Diggines


Chloe trained at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama and graduated in 2022 with a First Class Degree. She has recently returned from teaching Drama at the British International School of Phuket in Thailand where she directed their shows, ran drama clubs and taught LAMDA to students from ages 4-18. She has also previously worked at St Andrews, Turi in Kenya as a drama teacher as well as directing community projects around the UK. Chloe loves Children’s Theatre and has written, directed and performed in a show that she toured around schools in London. She currently works as a freelance Drama Practitioner, teaching young people Drama around London. Chloe aims to create a space where children can have fun, laugh, and share meaningful connections with the people and world around them.

Chloe first made her debut on stage at the age of 3, when she featured as a fairy in A Midsummer Night’s Dream!

Rosie Gore


Since the age of 15 Rosie have taught throughout the UK, working a variety of dancers with all different abilities and ages.
Rosie has performed in Joseph UK tour, Back to the 80’s, When the lights go on again, Oliver, As long as there’s music, Grease, Whistle down the Wind, Copacabana, The ripple effect and Alice in wonderland, as well as a wealth of commercial credits.

Lois Postle


Lois trained at ArtsEd on the Musical theatre course. Her Musical credits include Ensemble in Bandstand, Lorelei Lee in Gentlemen Prefer Blondes. Lois made her professional debut at the Hope Mill Theatre in their production of Rodgers and Hammerstein’s Cinderella. Lois loves teaching as she loves to see the children grow in confidence.
Fun fact - Lois’ hair turned bright green once, as she spent too much time in the swimming pool on holiday!



Katie has recently graduated from Mountview with a First Class BA (Hons) degree in Musical Theatre. Her credits while training include Joanne (RENT) and Amy (Mother Clap's Molly House).

Katie loves to encourage students to build their confidence and improve their singing technique, whilst always finding the fun!

Fun fact...Katie spent time growing up in San Francisco and can't wait to go back one day!

Ellie Watts



Ellie trained at The Arts Educational School before studying for a Degree in Musical Theatre & Dance at The Urdang Academy. Since graduation, Ellie has been workshopping a new musical workshop directed by Lya Luca. 'Everlasting Lily’ playing the lead character Lily.

As a Nanny and Party Entertainer Ellie loves seeing how imaginative children can be, and can often be found dressed as a Disney Princess at weekends singing at parties.

Fun fact... Ellie has a Simba cuddly toy (her favourite Disney character.)

PSSA Shelby Speed



Shelby trained at Laine Theatre Arts.

Theatre Credits Include Grease (Goodwood Revival) Singing in the Rain (Adelphi Theatre) Dance Captain and Singer/Dancer (P&O Cruises, Australia) Aladdin (Towngate Theatre) Gigi (Open Air Theatre, Regents Park) Fantastic Mr Fox (Open Air Theatre, Regents Park) Jack and the Beanstalk (Cliffs Pavilion, Southend)

Shelby was also a part of the original casting team for SIX The Musical.

Agatha Louise


Agatha is a professional dancer from the North who loves teaching and bringing a new and fun challenges to all students. She trained at Italia Conti. As a performer currently working and performing in the industry, she prides herself on being up to date with the latest styles and knowledge from the industry and spreads that knowledge to her students.
The main goal in my lessons is to try something new and most of all have fun.
Fun fact - Agatha loves to cook and can make yummy Yorkshire puddings!

Zoe Maxwell


Zoe trained in Musical Theatre at Reynolds Performing Arts. Since graduating her credits include: Assistant Company Manager/Vocal Captain and Singer/Dancer onboard Fred Olsen Cruise Lines, Ensemble in Rodgers and Hammerstein's Cinderella, Lead Vocalist on the UK Tour of Silver Bells. Zoe is also the Resident Dance Captain for Response Theatre Company, a professional Jazz dance company in London, and has been a part of every project they have done since 2020. Zoe has also filmed 'Stareoke' with MTV and performed in and around London with various event companies.
Fun fact - Zoe is half English and half Canadian.

Matthew Osborn


Matthew is an actor, writer, singer, director, producer, teacher. Originally from London, Matt has lived, performed & taught in the UK, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Germany, & Australia. Matt studied at Greenwich & Lewisham Young People's Theatre, Woolwich, London. Lewisham College, Lewisham, London. Mala Scena, Zlín, Czech Republic. University of Melbourne, Melbourne, Australia. MET Film School, Ealing, London.

In 1996 Matt co-founded Doom Productions Theatre in London where Matt was an actor/teacher/producer performing theatre & producing T.I.E. (Theatre in Education) for schools & youth groups in & around London. In 2003 Matt relocated to Melbourne, Australia where he toured Australia with Out Cast Theatre for many years as an actor/singer. From 2010 - 2017 Matt taught for Australia's prestigious singing, dancing & acting school - Stage School Australia.

In late 2017 Matt returned home to London and has been teaching for drama schools in and around London.
Matt's one note is that an actor/singer/dancer needs only two things to tell a story - their body & their voice.

Izzy Cockrem


Issy studied at Performance Preparation Academy (PPA) in Guildford having gained a first class degree in Musical Theatre after attending the Guildford School of Acting on their Foundation Acting Course. Whilst training, she played roles such as Sister Mary Robert in Sister Act, Anya in Anastasia and Claudia in Nine. Whilst at PPA, Issy was Vocal Captain on multiple shows as well as Assistant Director and Musical Director for two of her shows in Second Year. Since graduating, Issy has played Snow White among other princess roles for LP Creatives in their pantomimes.
As a private and group singing teacher, Issy loves seeing children gain confidence and find their voices, exceeding their own expectations of themselves!
Fun fact: In her third year of Drama School, Issy wrote a musical and is hoping that one day she might get the chance to have it performed!

Frannie Shepherd


Frannie trained in professional Musical Theatre at Emil Dale Academy in 2019, and has since completed her degree in Dance and Education Studies at Liverpool Hope University (2023). She is currently completing her PGCE in Dance Teaching at the acclaimed Royal Academy of Dance here in London, to become a qualified Dance Teacher for GCSE, A Level and BTEC Dance/Performing Arts Students. Frannie has trained in a range of dance styles; Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Contemporary and Commerical, but Jazz is her all-time favourite style. Over the last few years, Frannie has been part of Craig Wharmby's Legacy Jazz Company in Liverpool, continuing her professional training. With a passion for teaching Dance and Musical Theatre, Frannie has been teaching since she was 15 years old at various performing arts schools throughout the Liverpool, Birmingham and now London! She is so excited to teach PSSA superstars!
Her fun fact is that she can do a pretty good Liverpudlian accent after living there for 3 years!

Emily Miller


Emily is a musical theatre singer, but started in opera and has performed lots of different genres all the way from classical to rock. She loves to explore this breadth of knowledge in classes and engage her students in a range of styles. After graduating in 2020 from The MGA Academy of Performing Arts, it became her mission to enjoy a fun, impactful career of performing and she hopes to ignite the same passion in her students. Emily’s last contract was a year travelling and performing on a cruise ship.
